Seasoned problem solvers, they engineer the most challenging digital transformation projects for our clients.Job Description: Roles: Serve as a Liaise between the customer and internal teams Interaction with PreSales, Solution Managers, Delivery Managers and Technical Architects to get the work done Develop a trusted advisor relationship with key accounts, customer stakeholders and executive sponsors Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives Communicate clearly the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders Responsibility: Responsible for keeping current clients satisfied and delivering exceptional client service on a day-to-day basis Managing different manpower request activity sheets and CRM Working with recruitment team to get right resources Onboard for client projects Forecast and track key account metrics Take Profit & Loss responsibility Maintain accurate client records, keeping track of any contract updates and renewals Initiation and delivery of project s in conjunction with dedicated DM so r shared DM Fair evaluation of the team and eliminating constraints toward successful project execution Maintains high client satisfaction ratings that meet company standardsShift Timing:Night Shift (6:00 PM to 4:30 AM - IST)
