Studio Paperheads is looking for a Senior Graphic Designer to join our growing team of curious minds and sharp creatives. This is a full-time, on-site role where you'll help shape bold ideas into strategic design solutions while mentoring junior designers and leading projects with clarity and vision.Responsibilities: Design and deliver impactful brand identities and cohesive design systems across diverse industries. Lead creative thinking sessions, guiding a team from concept to execution. Manage key clients and projects with confidence, clarity, and responsibility. Support and mentor junior designers, encouraging a culture of learning and collaboration. Stay ahead of design trends, tools, and technologies to keep our work fresh and relevant.Qualifications: 3–4 years of experience working at a reputed design studio. Proven experience leading design teams or projects. Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, After Effects) and Figma. Strong motion graphics skills is a plus, but not mandatory. Familiarity with AI tools like ChatGPT and Midjourney to aid creative exploration. A bachelor’s degree in a design-related field is mandatory. Applicants with diplomas or short-term certifications will not be considered.
