We’re now expanding our footprint and scaling our operations rapidly and looking for a hands-on operations manager who can get things done at scale.Role OverviewSharePal is hiring a hands-on Returns & Collections Operations Manager to own post-delivery operations end-to-end.This role is responsible for managing everything from Pickup Due to Order Completion, including returns, collections, customer and courier recoveries. You will work closely with the COO (Co-founder) and manage small operations teams across returns, completion, and damage operations.This role is best suited for candidates with 3–5 years of hands-on experience in operations, collections, recovery, logistics, or asset-heavy businesses, who are execution-focused and comfortable owning day-to-day operational closures.This is a high-ownership, execution-first role suited for someone who enjoys fixing broken processes and driving closures.Key Responsibilities• Own and manage orders across Pickup Due, Return, QC, Assessment, Damage, Collection, and Completion stages• Drive extension payments, rental collections, and post-return recoveries (damages, missing items, dues)• Handle defaulter cases (non-return / non-payment) and drive resolution till closure, including legal escalation where required• Investigate and recover losses involving third-party courier partners (tampering, missing items, transit losses)• Manage and push returns, completion, and damage ops teams to ensure daily execution and accountability• Set up and improve SOPs, trackers, SLAs, and escalation frameworks across post-delivery operationsWhat We’re Looking For• Strictly 3–5 years experience in operations, collections, recovery, logistics, or asset-heavy businesses• Comfortable being hands-on with follow-ups, escalations, and closures• Experience dealing with customers, vendors, and logistics partners• Strong ownership mindset and ability to manage people from Day 1• Startup experience or fast-moving operations exposure preferredWhy Join SharePal• Own a critical function that directly impacts revenue and asset protection• Work directly with the COO (Co-founder)• Opportunity to build structure in a high-impact, under-built area• Clear growth path as the company scalesThis Role Is Not For• Candidates looking for purely strategic or reporting-only roles• Low-ownership environments with minimal executionCTC - INR 8 to 10 LPA
