As we continue to grow, we are looking for a dynamicClient Success & Relationship Associateto manage client interactions ensuring successful adoption of Sundew’s digital solutions while contributing to new business acquisition.Roles & Responsibilities Client Acquisition & Relationship Building: Act as the initial point of contact for prospective clients through calls, emails, and digital channels and partners. Identify and qualify potential leads through research, networking, and outreach. Understand client business requirements and position Sundew’s services effectively. Fix significant number of client meetings per month with senior stakeholders for new client acquisition. Ensure prospects are well-informed and engaged before stakeholder-level discussions. Build and nurture professional relationships with prospective clients via LinkedIn to create a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities. Client Success & Account Management.Onboard new clients and ensure smooth implementation of products and services: Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients throughout the lifecycle. Participate in client status meetings, reviews, and internal coordination calls. Own client inquiries and provide timely and accurate responses.Documentation & Marketing Support: Own preparation of proposals, reports, presentations, and client-facing documents. Maintain accurate records of leads, interactions, meetings, and outcomes. Support digital marketing initiatives such as social media outreach, email campaigns, and SEO/SEM activities (as required). Use Pipedrive CRM to manage leads, track client interactions, conversion rates, and meeting outcomes.Required Skills & Qualifications:- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field. 2–3 years of experience in client success, account management, business development, or client-facing roles. Good Understanding of IT services, software applications, or digital solutions. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong interpersonal communication and presentation abilities. Good Team Player Ability to manage multiple clients opportunities, leads, and priorities simultaneously. Proactive, confident, and result-oriented mindset. Smart, articulate, and dynamic professional with strong client-handling skills. Comfortable initiating conversations and building relationships with new clients.
