The role requires driving performance optimization and scalability across mobile and web platforms, validating responsive design, accessibility, and cross device compatibility including Android and IOS.ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITY Full Stack Governance Govern MSP led full stack development across ReactJS, React Native, API integration, AWS, and Spring Boot. Validate architectural consistency across microservices, APIs, mobile app layers, and front-end/back-end integration Performance &Scalability Oversee performance optimization and scalability of deployed systems Ensure responsive UI rendering, mobile screen loading, and cross device compatibility including critical features like Reverse Auction. Design & Development Standards Enforcement and Review Conduct structured design reviews for micro-frontends (MFEs) and mobile app components Define and enforce standards for ReactJS, React Native, CSS architecture, UI component libraries, and mobile design frameworks Review and provide constructive inputs on MFE and mobile design documents, validating responsive layouts, accessibility, and device agnostic performance Conduct structured design reviews for micro‑frontends (MFEs)and mobile app components, ensuring modularity, reusability, and compliance with enterprise principles. Define and enforce standards for ReactJS, React Native, CSS architecture, UI component libraries, and mobile design frameworks. Perform systematic code reviews across front‑end, mobile, and backend repositories to validate adherence to coding standards, security practices, and performance guidelines. Review and provide constructive inputs on MFE and mobile design documents, validating responsive layouts, accessibility, and device‑agnostic performance. Strengthen platform observability and monitoring metricsReview key application performance metrics such as latency rates, error rate, throughput etc. Monitor platform health and dependency failures Perform portal and mobile app crash analytics and review performance telemetry Proactively identify capacity, memory or DB bottlenecks Review and validate dashboards, error logs, alerts and runbooks prepared by MSP Quality Oversight &Testing Lead structured reviews of MSP front-end deliverables - including mobile app builds - for quality, modularity, and alignment with governance policies Collaborate with MSP teams to embed automation, regression, and performance testing strategies tailored for mobile and micro frontend environment Risk Management & Collaboration Escalate architectural or quality risks early to stakeholders, preventing downstream Collaborate with cross functional teams to align technical delivery with enterprise objectivesAny other responsibility as may be assigned from time to time.EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS 6+ years of experience in full‑stack development and governance of large-scale digital platforms with high-volume transactions. Strong expertise in ReactJS, ReactNative, Microservices, APIintegration, and mobile app frameworks. Proven ability to validate architectural consistency, enforce coding standards, and oversee modular design practices across web and mobile. Hands‑on experience in performance optimization, scalability planning, responsive UI validation, and mobile screen rendering. Deep understanding of UI architecture, UI component libraries, and micro‑frontend design principles. Familiarity with project management and Agile tools (Jira, Confluence, Scrum/Kanban) for sprint governance and traceability Familiarity with mobile simulators/emulators and IDE (Android Studio, Xcode). Knowledge of GooglePlay Store and Apple App Store distribution processes, including app signing, release management, compliance checks, and update cycles.EDUCATION REQUIREMENTSBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering/ Technology/Computer Science/Information Technology/any related field from a reputed university.GOOD TO HAVE SKILLS Exposure to modern front end and mobile performance tools(React Profiler, WebPageTest, New Relic) and backend profiling tools (JProfiler). Experience in DevSecOps practices and CI/CD pipeline governance for mobile and web applications. Familiarity with mobile simulators/emulators and IDE (Android Studio, Xcode).
