We are promoting in-houseoperation, and are responsible for design, verification, deployment in commercial environments, and operational work while improving the efficiency of day-to-day operations. As a technical leader, we expect him/her to proactively promote business improvements and develop team members. The main stakeholders are vendors who provide cloud platforms as products.Also, the departments responsible for telecommunications applications, which are users of the cloud platform we provide, and the vendors that provide them.Required Skills & Experience: Deep knowledge of Kubernetes and container orchestration. Advanced Linux system administration and troubleshooting skills. Automation development expertise(e.g., Ansible, Python). Networking fundamentals for cloud and telecom environments. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Effective leadership and communication skills.Mandatory Qualifications: 3 to 8 years of experience designing, building, and operating telecom clouds (on-premises private clouds). Certified Kubernetes Administrator (CKA) or equivalent certification. Relevant Linux certifications (e.g., RHCSA, RHCE) Extensive experience with Kubernetes, including deploying, managing, and troubleshooting clustersin production. Strong Linux expertise, including experience with performance tuning, troubleshooting, and scripting. Proven ability to create detailed technical documentation, including requirements, HLD, and LLD documents. Strong troubleshooting skills across hardware (servers), OS (Linux), networks, Kubernetes, and cloud platform software. Proven experience in incident management and root cause analysis in production environments. Development expertise in operational efficiency and automation tools. Proven management skills to lead operations as a technical leader, including progress and risk management.Desired Qualifications: Expertise in hybrid cloud environments, integrating on-premises privateclouds with publiccloud services. Familiarity with Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD)pipelines and toolslike Jenkins, GitLab. Understanding of observability practices, including experience with Grafana for visualization and Prometheus for monitoring metrics.
