Technician PositionOverview for connecting leads to be deployed in the Company with their unit in Dabaspet. Immediate requirement of 40 Assembly Technicians: Mechanical – ** persons Electrical – **persons Presently, COmpany need support only for the recruitment process and not for the payroll process. Overall intake plan: 100 to 140 students based on business requirements. Further batch commencement will depend on the performance of the first batch. Candidates will be enrolled for a 4 to 6 months internship in a batch-wise manner. Both Diploma and ITI candidates are acceptable, provided they meet the expected quality standards. After the internship period, confirmation into full-time roles will depend on individual performance and business requirements. The Company team will directly interact with the students to confirm final selection. Request you to arrange a walk-in drive at our Dabaspet plant at the earliest to conduct candidate interactions. Meanwhile, we can discuss and incorporate the required changes in the agreement copy and proceed further. Commercial terms: Stipend: ₹20,000 to ₹25,000 per month based on qualification and experience. No Accommodation or transportation is provided. Initially the candidates would be deployed for general shift. And after a few days, they will be required to do 3 shifts. Interview is in Company Plant Dabaspet. And this is the job location too. When we are ready with sufficient number of candidates in our pipeline, then Company Tech and iTCart will jointly decide the date for interview. Weekly off policy is only on Sunday. There will be Supervisor and other higher authorities in unit who will be coordinating during duty time. And during interview team iTCart along with Company Tech will coordinate with the candidates.
