Role Definition :Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Specialist responsible for driving business performance through deep-dive data modeling, variance tracking, and trend forecasting. You will act as a key decision-support partner, translating complex financial metrics into actionable insights—ranging from project-level ROI to entity-wide profitability—to optimize operational efficiency and investment outcomes.Location : Navi MumbaiMinimum QualificationsPostgraduate in Finance from a reputed instituteExperience8-12 years of relevant experience. Knowledge of Advanced Microsoft Excel, Exposure to an ERP , BI tool as Power BI / Tableau/ any other similar Tool. Understands Automation and can drive System driven MIS built-upKey Responsibilities :Business Performance Analysis (w r t Product - Project – location – Entity Level & other key metrics)Variance Analysis (Budget vs Actuals), cause & effect of variancesForecasting: financial forecast, trend analysis & monitoring key performance indicatorsFinancial Modelling: create & develop reporting modulesScenario planning, sensitivity analysis and ROI analysis for investments / ProjectsSales & Operations support: share analysis and key insights for informed business & financial decision makingMIS: Monthly Profitability reports, rolling P&L forecast & rolling cash flow.Interested candidates can share their updated CVs at careers@
