Job Title: Supply Chain Engineer Location: Bengaluru Department: Battery Reports To: Manager Supplier RelationsJob Summary : We are looking for an experienced Supply Chain Engineer to manage day-to-day supply chain operations including inventory control, sourcing support, logistics coordination (including international shipments), supplier follow-up, invoicing verification, and GRN processing. The candidate must have hands-on operational experience in a manufacturing environment.Key Responsibilities :  Manage inventory planning, stock monitoring, and reconciliation.  Handle supplier coordination and follow-ups for timely material delivery.  Support sourcing activities including vendor identification and quotation comparison.  Coordinate domestic and international shipments.  Manage shipment documentation and coordinate with logistics partners.  Verify supplier invoices against purchase orders and received materials.  Generate and maintain Goods Receipt Notes (GRN) in ERP systems.  Resolve discrepancies related to quantity, documentation, or delivery timelines.  Work closely with production, finance, and quality teams to ensure smooth operations.Required Experience & Qualifications :  Bachelor’s degree in Engineering / Supply Chain / Operations.  Minimum 2–4 years of hands-on experience in supply chain or procurement in a manufacturing company.  Practical experience handling inventory systems and ERP tools.  Experience coordinating shipments and working with logistics providers.  Strong follow-up and vendor coordination skills.Key Skills :  Inventory management  Vendor coordination  Logistics handling  Documentation accuracy  Cost awareness  Strong execution and ownership mindset
