Address customer queries, concerns, and service requests effectively. Provide accurate information and resolve issues within defined TAT. Manageclient escalation handlingand ensure timely resolution. Performclient retention–related activitiesto improve customer satisfaction. Provideoperational supportto ensure smooth daily operations. Escalate complex issues to relevant internal teams. Adhere to company policies, quality standards, and process guidelines. Collaborate with team members to achieve service-level targets.Required Skills 1–4 years of experiencein Customer Support Voice. Excellentspoken English communicationskills. Strong customer-handling and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Basic computer skills and CRM knowledge.
