Job Description We are a rapidly growing sustainable clothing brand creating linen garments and embroidered accessories for children and women. Each piece is thoughtfully handmade in our cozy Jaipur studio using Oeko-Tex certified linen, with a deep commitment to craftsmanship, quality, and slow fashion values.Internship Details Stipend:₹5,000 per month (Paid Internship) Start Date:March/April 2026 Job Type:On-site (Jaipur Studio)Your Responsibilities Assist in designing seasonal linen collections (children & women) Support embroidery concept development and placement planning Create mood boards, color palettes, and conduct fabric research Help with sketching technical drawings and design concepts Assist in sample development and fittings Support fabric sourcing and trim selection (Oeko-Tex certified materials) Organize design files and collection documentation Collaborate with the production team to ensure design accuracyWho You Are Currently studying or recently graduated in Fashion Design Passionate about sustainable and slow fashion Strong sketching and illustration skills Familiar with Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop (preferred) Detail-oriented and eager to learn Appreciates craftsmanship and handmade garmentsWhat You’ll Gain Real-world experience in a growing international sustainable brand Hands-on involvement in collection development Understanding of embroidery and linen garment construction Portfolio-worthy projects Mentorship from experienced designersWe are an equal opportunity employer.
