The ideal candidate is a React specialist with deep expertise in Custom Elements (Web Components) and modern data binding patterns, capable of architecting and implementing sophisticated, scalable frontend data models. This role requires strong technical leadership, hands-on development, and close collaboration with design and backend teams.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the design, strategy, and implementation of a Micro Frontend architecture, ensuring seamless integration, high performance, and independent deployment of application modules. Build, maintain, and optimize reusable, high-performance UI components using expert-level React and its ecosystem (Hooks, Context, state management libraries). Design and develop framework-agnostic Custom Elements (Web Components) to enable interoperability between micro frontends and legacy systems. Define and manage frontend data models, establishing clear state management strategies and efficient data binding between UI and application state. Mentor and guide frontend engineers through code reviews, technical discussions, and the establishment of best practices for development, testing, and performance optimization. Collaborate closely with UX/UI designers to convert high-fidelity designs into pixel-perfect, responsive user interfaces. Partner with backend engineers to define, consume, and optimize API contracts. Identify, analyze, and resolve performance bottlenecks ,ensuring fast, accessible, and fluid user experiences across devices and browsers.Qualifications8+ years of professional experience in frontend development, with proven success delivering large-scale, complex web applications. Expert-level proficiency in React.js, including advanced hooks, state management (Redux, Zustand, Context API), and the wider React ecosystem. Hands-on experience designing and implementing Micro Frontend architectures (Module Federation, single-spa, iframes, or Custom Elements). Strong working knowledge of Custom Elements and Web Components, including Shadow DOM and HTML Templates. Deep understanding of frontend data modeling, client-side data flow, and modern data binding techniques. Advanced proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3, including preprocessors such as SASS/LESS. Experience with frontend testing frameworks such as Jest, React Testing Library, and Cypress.
