You will shape how customerssee, feel, and experiencethe brand —photoshoots, social media, website, and e-commerce. If you obsess over textures, light, styling, and storytelling… and can turn a piece of linen into a lifestyle dream — this role is for you.This is a full-time on-site role for a Visual Merchandiser based in Mumbai.This role blends: Visual Storyteller Stylist + Photographer Art Director Brand Custodian Thinkdesign + content + aestheticsrolled into one.Brand - Premium linen home fursnishings Location - Goregaon East (On Site)Key Responsibilities1. Visual Merchandising & Retail Experience Create aspirational lifestyle settings (bedroom, dining, kitchen, living) Develop VM guidelines and playbooks for consistency across stores Collaborate with ecomm teams to enhance customer journey and conversion2. Photography & Content Creation Plan and execute high-quality lifestyle shoots Style products with props, lighting, and textures to create premium imagery Shoot and deliver content for: Social media Website E-commerce listings Campaigns Handle editing, retouching, and post-production Maintain consistent visual language across all content3. Creative Direction & Brand Identity Translate brand positioning into a strong visual identity Develop mood boards, look books, and seasonal themes Lead art direction for shoots and campaigns Work closely with marketing & design teams on creatives Build a cohesive “brand world” across offline + online touchpoints4.
