Our clientele comprises of many Fortunes 100/500 organisations across various industry domains.Job PurposeThe Financial Analyst Executive will support core finance operations with a strong focus on Management Information Systems (MIS), General Ledger (GL) schedules, bank coordination, and financial reporting. The role requires hands-on execution, adherence to timelines, and coordination with internal and external stakeholders, particularly in a US business environment.Key Roles & Responsibilities Financial Reporting & MIS Prepare, analyse, and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports for management review. Ensure accuracy, consistency, and timeliness of financial data across reports. Support variance analysis and basic commentary for management reporting. General Ledger & Schedules Prepare and maintain GL schedules, reconciliations, and supporting workings. Assist in month-end and period-end closing activities. Ensure proper documentation and audit trails for all financial schedules. Banking & Coordination Coordinate with banks for statements, confirmations, and transaction-related queries. Perform bank reconciliations and follow up on outstanding items. Liaise with internal teams for resolving banking and cash-related discrepancies. Financial Preparation & Compliance Support Assist in preparation of financial statements and supporting schedules. Support internal and external audits by providing required data and explanations. Ensure compliance with internal financial controls, SOPs, and reporting standards. Routine Finance Operations Handle day-to-day accounting and finance operational tasks. Maintain financial records, trackers, and documentation as per company policy. Support ad-hoc financial analysis and reporting requirements as assigned. Qualifications & Education CA Inter / CMA Inter, M. Com, or MBA (Finance) Strong academic grounding in accounting and finance principles is mandatory. Experience 2–3 years of relevant experience in finance, accounting, or MIS roles. Prior exposure to US clients, US accounting, or US shift is a strong advantage. Key Skills & Competencies Strong understanding of accounting fundamentals and GL concepts. Proficiency in MS Excel (pivot tables, lookups, basic formulas). Working knowledge of accounting systems / ERP (preferred). High attention to detail and data accuracy. Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Strong communication and coordination skills. Willingness and flexibility to work in split/US shifts. Behavioural Expectations Ownership-driven and execution-focused mindset.
