The role involves crafting, managing, and optimizing Google and Meta advertising campaigns to drive measurable results. Responsibilities will include research, strategy development, implementation, performance tracking, and reporting. The ideal candidate will work closely with the team to meet client objectives and enhance overall digital marketing efforts.Key ResponsibilitiesA. Campaign Strategy and Execution: Plan, build, and manage Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube, Performance Max) and Meta Ads campaigns end-to-end Develop data-backed media strategies aligned with client or business goals Conduct keyword research, audience segmentation, and competitor analysis Structure campaigns for scalability and performanceB. Optimization and Performance Improvement: Continuously optimize campaigns for CPA, ROAS, CTR, CVR, and overall ROI Perform A/B testing on creatives, ad copies, landing pages, and audiences Identify performance bottlenecks and implement corrective strategies Scale winning campaigns systematicallyC. Analytics and Reporting: Set up and manage conversion tracking (GA4, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, offline tracking where applicable) Monitor and analyze campaign data using Google Analytics, Ads Manager, and dashboards Generate clear, insight-driven reports (not just numbers — actionable insights) Translate performance data into strategic recommendationsD. Budget and Performance Management: Manage advertising budgets efficiently and responsibly Allocate budgets based on performance trends Ensure maximum return on ad spendRequired Skills and QualificationsA. Experience: Minimum 3–4 years of hands-on experience managing Google & Meta Ads Proven track record of generating leads, sales, or measurable growth Experience handling monthly ad budgets of ₹X+ (customize as needed)B. Technical Expertise: Strong command of: Google Ads (Search, Display, Performance Max, YouTube) Meta Ads Manager (campaign structure, pixel events, CAPI understanding preferred) GA4 & conversion tracking Google Tag Manager (basic implementation knowledge required) Understanding of attribution models and funnel-based marketingC. Analytical & Strategic Thinking: Strong ability to interpret data and optimize accordingly Comfortable working with performance metrics and spreadsheets Ability to identify trends and patterns from campaign dataWho We Are Looking ForWe value character as much as competence.
