We are one of the prominent manufacturers of electric 2-wheelers and 3-wheelers in India, operating since 2017. The company produces over 15,000 EVs, branded as ‘ Stella Moto’ for two-wheelersand ‘Arjun’, ‘Fateh’, and ‘Ecovat’ for three-wheelers, with a nationwide presence. Jaidka Power Systems has in-house fabrication and painting facilities, ensuring 100% indigenized production of three-wheelers. The EVs are ICAT approved, with manufacturing facilities at Hosur, Tamil Nadu and Howrah, West Bengal.Role Description General Manager – Sales & Marketing Location:Bengaluru Brand:STELLA MOTO (Electric Two-Wheelers) We are looking for a dynamic and result-orientedGeneral Manager – Salesto lead and scale the national sales operations of our electric two-wheeler brand,STELLA MOTO . This is a leadership role with complete responsibility for driving revenue growth, dealer expansion, brand development, and market penetration across India, with a primary focus on strengthening South India operations. Key ResponsibilitiesLead and drivepan-India sales strategyfor STELLA MOTO electric two-wheelers Develop and expand theSouth India market footprint Oversee and guideSales Executives across South & also East India(direct reporting) Strengthen and enhance performance of existing dealerships Identify and appoint new dealers to expand network reach Lead dealer onboarding, training, and performance management Drive retail sales growth through marketing activation and field engagement Coordinate brand-building initiatives with marketing teams Monitor market intelligence, competition, pricing, and customer trends Ensure achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets Candidate Profile8–15 years of experience in Automobile / EV / Two-Wheeler Sales preferred Strong exposure to dealer network development and channel sales Experience in South Indian markets is essential Demonstrated ability to build and manage regional sales teams Strategic thinker with hands-on execution capability Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills Willingness to travel extensively What We OfferOpportunity to lead sales for a fast-growing EV two-wheeler brand High-ownership leadership role Competitive remuneration package aligned with industry standards Platform to build and scale a national EV brand If you are passionate about electric mobility and have the drive to build a strong dealer network across India, we would like to connect.
