Work centers around maintaining security, compliance, and operational readiness across engineering lab environments. Core Responsibilities Perform OS reimage and patching tasks for Windows and Linux servers using Dell Northstar templates. Install and configure security and monitoring agents (Splunk, Carbon Black, Trellix, Rapid7, Tenable). Configure Okta/RADIUS authentication across servers and devices. Perform ESXi reimages, firmware updates, and vCenter onboarding. Configure forwarding of logs to Splunk and validate data ingestion. Conduct iDRAC firmware resets, BIOS upgrades, and remote console operations. Perform firmware/software upgrades on network switches, SAN arrays, and PDUs. Validate TACACS/RADIUS integration for network/SAN devices. Ensure systems meet Dell’s SRO scan compliance requirements.
