Job Title Healthcare Sales & Patient Coordinator Executive Department Administration, Sales & Marketing Reporting To Operations Head, Business Head Job Summary The Healthcare Sales & Patient Coordinator Executive is responsible for driving patient acquisition andrevenue growthwhile ensuring a high standard of patient experience. This role manageslead handling, patient engagement, consultation coordination, treatment plan conversion, and follow-up , acting as a bridge between patients, clinical teams, and marketing functions and above allmust have strong communication skills and attention to detail.Roles & Responsibilities Lead Handling & Patient Acquisition Must efficiently engageleadsfrom calls, digital platforms, and walk-in inquiries with daily targets. Respond promptly to patient queries and provide accurate information about services Maintain and update lead data in CRM or hospital management systemsPatient Engagement & Front Desk Coordination Greeting and assistingwalk-in patientsin a professional and empathetic manner Ensure completion ofregistration, walk-in forms, consent forms, and medical history documentation Educating patients about OGHA HEALTH and unique way of addressing life-style diseases.Consultation & Clinical Coordination Schedule and coordinateconsultations with doctors, physiotherapists, or specialists Ensure smooth patient flow between consultation, diagnostics, and treatment areas Coordinate with clinical teams to ensure quality service and incorporating comprehensive solutions to recover from their issues. Daily schedule of concrete appointments to meet the targets and hence revenue generation.Sales Counseling & Revenue Generation Counsel patients ontreatment plans, packages, and proceduresas recommended by clinicians Convert consultations intotreatment enrollments with the help of the doctors. Explain pricing, payment plans, and available offers clearly to convert the treatments. Close sales and coordinatebilling and payment collection Must achieve individualsales and revenue targetsPatient Journey & Relationship Management Manage the patient journey frominitial contact to treatment completion Conduct regular follow-ups to ensure adherence to treatment plans and ensure how they are doing after the treatments. Handle patient concerns and coordinate resolutions to enhance satisfaction and retentionMarketing & Business Coordination Coordinate with themarketing teamto stay informed about: Active advertising campaigns Lead sources and patient trends Share insights on patient feedback, conversion challenges, and market demand Support promotional activities and campaignsDocumentation & Compliance Maintain accurate patient records, sales reports, and follow-up logs Ensure confidentiality of patient information in compliance with hospital and legal standards Follow SOPs, ethical guidelines, and institutional policiesQualifications & Experience Master’s degree inHealthcare Management, Business Administration, Marketing, or related field Prior 10+ years of experience inhealthcare sales, patient counseling, or hospital front desk operationspreferred Familiarity with CRM systems, billing software, or hospital management systems is an advantageKey Skills & Competencies Strong communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills Patient-centric approach with sales acumen Ability to coordinate across clinical and non-clinical teams Goal-oriented with strong follow-up discipline Professional demeanor and problem-solving ability
