Market development and demand creation for Environmental Science products for PPM, Retail and Poultry segments.YOUR MISSION WILL BE TO:Budgeting and planning: Analyze market trends, identify opportunities and and prepare a sales budget in line with the growth objectives Prepare a detailed sales plan at primary and secondary customer level, periodically update the same Identify and prioritize the markets and segments for the deployment of resources Plan the secondary sales with each distributor Ensure that both Mosquito Management products , Professional Pest Management products are planned and focused appropriately .Market Development and Distribution: Analyze and improve the distribution reach and penetration region wise by expansion or consolidation as required Engage with customers, identify challenges and solve them proactively to keep the customers engaged and motivated Proactively engage with internal and external stakeholders for market development for our products in high potential areasSales and receivables: Implement the sales strategies to achieve zone-wise product-wise growth objectives at pan-India level. Manage and train sales team members to achieve their respective goals while maintaining market discipline Implement the marketing strategies to build the Envu brand across the value chain and generate demand from the end users Identify business development opportunities and convert them into business while ensuring corporate compliance Assign appropriate credit limit to customers and ensure operations within the limit without loss of sales on account of credit limit Ensure payment is received from the customers within agreed / budgeted credit period Monitor & guide distributor to ensure business transactions are done in a compliant manner Ensure that the Business Development Officers(BDOs) are utilized as per the company policy to increase the sales Leverage sales data, conduct analysis and create strategies for optimizing sales growth.Communication & Learning: Maintain regular and transparent communication with internal stakeholders providing regular sales, collections and market updates Constantly self assess the needs for new skills and abilities and work on acquiring these proactive initiatives. Build the knowledge, skills and abilities of sales team members to do their work in an efficient and productive manner Share knowledge and best practices developed in one part of the business or country with the rest of the teams to support better functioning of the business overall.KEY WORKING RELATIONSHIPS: Internal:Zonal Managers and Area Sales Manager, Country Head, India LT, Marketing team, Finance teams, Commercial Excellence Manager External:Customers, Channel Partners, Authorities, Universities, Industry AssociationsARE YOU READY FOR THE ROLE?
