ROLE: Guidewire Project Manager LOCATION: PAN India EXP: 12-15 YRS NOTICE: Immediate JoinersOverview We are seeking an experiencedGuidewire Project Managerto lead end-to-end delivery of Guidewire implementations, upgrades, and enhancements. This role requires strong project governance, deep understanding of P&C insurance processes, and expertise in coordinating cross-functional teams to deliver Guidewire solutions (Policy Center, ClaimCenter, Billing Center, Digital Apps). The ideal candidate has a proven track record of managing enterprise-scale Guidewire programs in fast-paced environments. Key Responsibilities Project Management & Delivery Lead the full project lifecycle of Guidewire implementation or enhancement projects. Develop project plans, schedules, budgets, resource plans, and risk logs. Ensure delivery aligns with Guidewire for best practices, methodologies, and client standards. Drive Agile or hybrid delivery models, ensuring smooth sprint planning and execution. Manage end-to-end release planning, testing cycles, and production rollout. Technical & Functional Understanding Maintain a working understanding of Guidewire modules (Policy Center, Billing Center, ClaimCenter). Collaborate with solution architects on design feasibility and technical alignment. Understand P&C insurance workflows, data models, rating, underwriting, claims handling, and billing. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in engineering, Computer Science, Business, or related field. 12+ years of IT project management experience (or as per your requirement). Minimum 3+ years managingGuidewireprojects (Policy Center / Billing Center / ClaimCenter). Strong experience with Agile, Scrum, or SAFe methodologies. Hands-on experience with vendor management, onsite–offshore delivery models. Proven ability to manage multi-million-dollar projects with cross-functional teams. Excellent communication, leadership, and client-facing skills.
