Key Responsibilities: Perform complex account reconciliations, journal entries, and account analysis. Collaborate with internal and external auditors to ensure smooth audit processes. Develop and implement financial reporting processes and procedures. Analyse financial data and provide insights to support business decisions. Ensure compliance with accounting standards, regulatory requirements, and company policies. Preparing and reviewing financial statements, journal entries, and account reconciliations Conducting financial data analysis and providing insights to support business decisions Assisting in budgeting and forecasting activities Maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements Collaborating with internal and external auditors to ensure smooth audit processes Developing and implementing financial reporting processes and procedures Ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting, including month-end and year-end close Maintaining fixed asset records and tracking depreciation Assisting in financial planning and analysis activities Identifying and resolving financial discrepancies and irregularities Staying up to date with changes in accounting standards and regulatory requirements Qualifications & Skills: Graduate in Accounting or Finance. Strong knowledge of accounting principles, concepts, and standards (e.g., GAAP, IFRS). Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to work independently and lead accounting projects. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
