The successful candidate will be responsible for the end-to-end delivery of complex data programs, ensuring technical excellence and strategic alignment with business goals.Key Responsibilities: Program Management:Lead the execution of medium-to-large scale DWH/Data Engineering projects from inception through production support. Technical Oversight:Provide strategic direction on Data Modelling, ETL processes, and SQL optimization. Stakeholder Management:Act as the primary point of contact for global stakeholders, managing expectations and providing transparent reporting. Team Leadership:Mentor cross-functional teams and foster a culture of continuous improvement using Agile/Scrum methodologies.Required Qualifications: Experience:Minimum 11 years in IT, with a significant tenure in Data Delivery roles. Cloud Proficiency:Hands-on experience with at least one platform:Azure Data Factory, AWS Redshift, Snowflake, or GCP BigQuery .
