Job Summary – Delivery Manager We are seeking an experiencedDelivery Managerto own and drive the successful delivery of complex technical programs and projects across multiple teams and geographies. The Delivery Manager will be accountable forend-to-end delivery execution , ensuring commitments are met across scope, schedule, cost, and quality while aligning delivery outcomes with business objectives. This role requires strong delivery leadership, deep understanding of technical environments, cross-functional coordination, and stakeholder management to ensure predictable, high-quality delivery at scale.Key Responsibilities1. Delivery Ownership & Execution Ownend-to-end deliveryof technical programs and projects, ensuring commitments are met on time, within scope, and within budget. Translate business and product objectives intoclear delivery plans , execution roadmaps, milestones, and release timelines. Break down large, complex initiatives intomanageable delivery tracks , defining clear success criteria and measurable outcomes. Track delivery progress rigorously, proactively identifying risks, dependencies, and execution gaps, and driving corrective actions. Ensure delivery predictability through disciplined planning, tracking, and execution governance.2. Cross-Functional & Multi-Geo Delivery Coordination Lead delivery acrosscross-functional teamsincluding Engineering, Product, Architecture, QA, DevOps, and Data teams. Coordinate work acrossdistributed teams(North America and India), managing dependencies and handoffs effectively. Remove delivery blockers by working closely with engineering and product leadership to resolve priority, capacity, or technical constraints. Facilitate delivery ceremonies as needed (planning, execution reviews, retrospectives) to ensure alignment and accountability. Drive a strong culture of ownership, accountability, and delivery excellence across teams.3. Stakeholder Management & Communication Serve as thesingle point of accountabilityfor delivery status, risks, and outcomes for assigned programs. Build strong relationships with Product Managers, Engineering Managers, Architects, and Executive stakeholders. Provideclear, concise, and data-driven delivery updatesthrough dashboards, reports, and executive readouts. Communicate risks, delays, and trade-offs early, along with mitigation and recovery plans. Translate complex technical execution details intobusiness-relevant insightsfor non-technical stakeholders.4. Technical Delivery Oversight Leverage strong technical understanding to assess feasibility, execution risks, and delivery trade-offs. Partner closely with architecture and engineering teams to validate delivery plans, sequencing, and technical dependencies. Participate in design and architecture discussions to ensure solutions aredeliverable, scalable, and alignedwith timelines. Act as an escalation point for delivery-impacting technical issues, ensuring rapid resolution and minimal disruption. Ensure delivery aligns with engineering standards, quality expectations, and platform best practices.5. Delivery Governance, Process & Continuous Improvement Establish and maintaindelivery governance , including delivery metrics, status reporting, and execution reviews. Identify delivery bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and systemic risks; drive continuous improvement initiatives. Implement and enforce best practices in delivery management, agile execution, and cross-team coordination. Champion agile and hybrid delivery models, improving throughput, predictability, and adaptability. Ensure high-quality documentation for delivery plans, risks, dependencies, and execution status.6. Financial Management & Resource Planning Own delivery-level financial tracking, includingportfolio-level spend visibility . Partner with finance and leadership to forecast capacity, hiring needs, and delivery costs. Ensure all programs and projects are deliveredwithin approved budgets . Optimize team capacity and resource allocation to maximize delivery efficiency. Identify cost optimization opportunities without compromising delivery quality or timelines.Education & Experience Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred. 12+ years of experiencein delivery management, program management, or large-scale project execution in technical environments. Proven track record of deliveringlarge, complex technical programswith multiple stakeholders and dependencies. Strong technical background with understanding ofdata platforms, software development lifecycles, system architecture, and cloud technologies . Experience working with globally distributed teams.Skills & Competencies Delivery Management Expertise:Strong execution, planning, dependency management, and risk mitigation skills. Technical Acumen:Familiarity with cloud platforms, data platforms, APIs, microservices, and DevOps practices. Agile & Execution Frameworks:Experience with Agile, Scrum, Kanban, or hybrid delivery models. Stakeholder Communication:Ability to communicate clearly at engineering, product, and executive levels. Problem Solving:Strong analytical mindset with a bias toward action and resolution. Leadership & Influence:Ability to lead without authority, align teams, and drive accountability. Tools:Proficiency with Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence, MS Project, or similar delivery tracking tools.Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) Delivery Predictability:Percentage of programs delivered on time and within scope. Financial Control:Portfolio-level spend tracking accuracy and adherence to budgets. Stakeholder Satisfaction:Feedback on delivery transparency, reliability, and communication. Risk Management:Proactive identification and mitigation of delivery risks. Execution Efficiency:Improvements in delivery velocity, throughput, and quality. Process Maturity:Adoption of best practices leading to improved delivery outcomes.
