The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning and executing end-to-end research studies, synthesizing insights, and translating findings into actionable UX recommendations. The role requires strong expertise in qualitative and quantitative research methods, stakeholder collaboration, and strategic thinking. Key Responsibilities: Conduct in-depth user research to understand workflows, challenges, and behavioral patterns. Create research artifacts such as personas, journey maps, and insight reports. Identify usability gaps and define problem statements. Present structured insights and recommendations to cross-functional teams. Contribute to UX strategy and product innovation initiatives. Drive research best practices and ensure adherence to UX standards.
