We’re Hiring | MEP Planning Engineer & MEP Billing EngineerProject:Hospital Building Project (EPC Civil Construction) Location:Ranchi, Jharkhand Experience:5–10 Years Education:Diploma / BE / B.Tech – Mechanical or Electrical️ About the RoleWe are looking for experiencedMEP Planning & MEP Billing Engineersto join our EPC Hospital Building Project team. The ideal candidates will have strong exposure tobuilding services in large-scale EPC projects , with hands-on experience inplanning, coordination, execution support, and commercial/billing functionsfor MEP systems.Position 1: MEP Planning EngineerKey Responsibilities:Preparebaseline schedules, detailed MEP work programs, and look-ahead plansusing Primavera P6 / MS Project Developfloor-wise / zone-wise MEP execution planningin coordination with Civil, Architectural, and PMC teams Track project progress and prepareDPR, WPR, MPR, S-curves, and EVM reports (SPI/CPI) Identify delays, performcritical path analysis , and preparerecovery & catch-up plans Coordinate with procurement formaterial planning, approvals, and delivery tracking Attendclient/PMC progress review meetingsand present planning & progress reports Ensure alignment of MEP activities with project milestones and contractual timelinesPosition 2: MEP Quality EngineerKey Responsibilities:Ensure implementation of Project Quality Plan (PQP), ITPs, and Method Statements for all MEP activities Conduct inspection of MEP works (HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Fighting, ELV) as per approved drawings, specifications, and codes Coordinate with site engineers and subcontractors to ensure quality compliance at all stages of execution Prepare and maintain QA/QC documentation including MIR, IR, WIR, RFI, checklists, and inspection reports Monitor installation activities to ensure compliance with approved materials and technical standards Identify non-conformities (NCR), initiate corrective and preventive actions, and track closure status Conduct internal quality audits and ensure adherence to ISO standards and project quality procedures Verify testing & commissioning activities and maintain proper test records (pressure test, insulation test, balancing reports, etc.) Coordinate with client/PMC consultants for inspections and obtain necessary approvals Ensure proper documentation for handover, as-built drawings, and final quality dossiers️ MEP Scope Exposure Required:HVAC (Chillers, AHUs, Ducting, Ventilation) Electrical (HT/LT, Power, Lighting, DG, Panels) Fire Fighting & Detection Systems Plumbing & Public Health Engineering ELV Systems (CCTV, BMS, Nurse Call, Data, PA, Access Control)✅ Candidate Profile:5–10 years of experiencein EPC Building / Hospital / Commercial Projects Strong coordination withPMC, Consultants, and Subcontractors Good working knowledge ofPrimavera P6 / MS Project, AutoCAD, and MS Excel Familiar withBOQ, drawings, MEP standards, and billing procedures Strong communication, reporting, and documentation skillsHow to Apply: Interested candidates can share their updated CV at: Sankar.meikandan@ 95666 53511
