The individual in this position will lead strategic design projects, conduct workshops, and guide clients through design thinking processes to address business challenges and identify opportunities for growth. Responsibilities include facilitating collaborative design sessions, conducting user and design research, developing service design frameworks, and delivering actionable strategies tailored to client needs. The candidate will play a pivotal role in engaging with stakeholders and ensuring innovation-driven outcomes are achieved.Qualifications Strong expertise in Service Design, Design Thinking, and Design Strategy Proven experience in User Research and Design Research Ability to lead workshops and facilitate collaborative design sessions Excellent problem-solving, communication, and storytelling skills Experience working with clients across diverse industries Proficiency in developing and applying design frameworks and methodologies Master's degree in Design, Business, or related fields Previous experience in consulting or innovation-focused roles is an advantage
