Job Title: HCM Implementation Consultant (Client-Facing) Location: Hyderabad Shift: Night / Evening Shift (Client-Aligned) Experience: 2–6 YearsRole OverviewWe are seeking dynamic professionals with hands-on experience in HCM (Human Capital Management) implementation who bring strong client-facing presence and exceptional voice communication skills. This role requires individuals who are comfortable interacting with global stakeholders, leading discussions, and ensuring seamless implementation and post-go-live support.Note: This is not a highly technical configuration role. We are looking for functional HCM implementation experience with strong communication and stakeholder management capabilities.Key ResponsibilitiesParticipate in end-to-end HCM implementation lifecycle (Requirement Gathering to Go-Live & Hypercare) Conduct client workshops, requirement discovery sessions, and solution walkthroughs Act as primary point of contact for client queries during implementation Configure basic system workflows and validate functional requirements (non-technical focus) Coordinate with internal teams (Payroll, HR Ops, Tech Support) for successful deployment Deliver training sessions and user adoption support Support UAT, documentation, and process sign-offs Provide post-implementation stabilization supportRequired Skills & Qualifications2–6 years of experience in HCM / HRMS implementation Strong understanding of core HR modules (Employee Lifecycle, Leave, Attendance, Benefits, etc.) Exceptional verbal communication and presentation skills Prior client-facing or consulting experience is mandatory Comfortable working in night/evening shifts aligned to global clients Strong stakeholder management and problem-solving abilitiesGood to Have (Not Mandatory)Exposure to global HCM platforms (Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, ADP, etc.) Experience working with US/EMEA clients Basic understanding of payroll processesWhat We Are Looking ForConfident communicator with excellent voice clarity Customer-first mindset Ownership-driven approach Ability to manage multiple client conversations simultaneously Professional and consultative demeanor
