We are looking for a dynamic professional to join our team as aBusiness Analyst – SAP S/4HANA Transformation , who will play a pivotal role in driving our SAP ECC to S/4HANA Migration journey.Role Purpose This role will support the end-to-endSAP ECC to S/4HANA migration program , collaborating across business functions, IT teams, and transformation PMO. You will be responsible for ensuring business readiness, process alignment, integration coordination, and structured change & rollout planning.Key Responsibilities ✔ SAP S/4HANA Program Support & Governance ✔ Business Analysis & End-to-End Process Mapping ✔ Cross-Functional & Integration Coordination ✔ Change Management & Rollout Planning ✔ Testing, Cutover & Go-Live Readiness ✔ Program Reporting & Stakeholder Communication ✔ Continuous Improvement & Knowledge ManagementExperience Requirements: 8–10 years in Business Analysis & ERP Transformations Hands-on experience inSAP ECC → S/4HANA migration Exposure to managing SI partners & multi-functional teams Strong background inchange management & rollout executionEducation & Certifications Bachelor’s degree in Engineering/Technology/Commerce MBA (Operations/Systems/PM) – PreferredCertifications (good to have): • SAP S/4HANA (Functional/Overview) • CBAP / CCBA • PMP / PRINCE2 / AgileTools & Technology Exposure • SAP ECC (Mandatory) • SAP S/4HANA migration experience (Mandatory) • SAP Activate, Solution Manager, JIRA, MS Excel/PowerPoint • Teams / SharePoint collaboration tools • CRM, O2C, Supply Chain systems – Added advantageKey Competencies Strong business process understanding SAP ERP & S/4HANA transformation knowledge Cross-functional & stakeholder management Change management & rollout planning Integration & dependency management
