Within the Customer Experience team, you will collaborate with internal clients to understand business objectives and challenges, identify opportunities for process improvement, and provide pragmatic guidance on leveraging Salesforce to streamline operations. You will bridge business and technology by combining declarative configuration and lightweight custom development to deliver standard-first, scalable solutions across Sales and Service (with exposure to Marketing). You will focus on simplification, digitization, and automation of CRM processes, support integrations with enterprise systems (including SAP via SAP CPI), and contribute to agile delivery, release management, security, and compliance in a regulated environment.Your responsibilities: Implement and enhance Salesforce Sales & Service Cloud using standard capabilities (Flows, validation rules, approval processes, Dynamic Forms) and targeted custom development (Apex, Triggers, Lightning Web Components). Configure data model (custom objects, fields, record types), security model (profiles, permission sets, roles, sharing rules), page layouts, and dynamic visibility. Design and support integrations with SAP ERP and internal systems viaREST / SOAP APIs,Platform Events/CDC, and collaboration with SAP teams on SAP CPI/iFlow patterns (request/response, async messaging, error handling). Support marketing use cases (lead lifecycle, campaign/member sync, segmentation data), with exposure to Marketing Cloud or Account Engagement. Translate business requirements into user stories and acceptance criteria, facilitate workshops, and prepare functional/technical design documentation. Build high-quality reports and dashboards, drive data quality (imports, deduplication, validation), and ensure GDPR/InfoSec alignment. Contribute to testing (unit, system, integration, UAT), develop Apex test classes to achieve coverage targets, and participate in defect triage. Support environment strategy and releases using Git/Azure DevOps (branching, CI/CD, change sets/DevOps Center), and maintain configuration workbooks/runbooks. Provide L2/L3 support, troubleshoot incidents, perform root cause analysis, and deliver stakeholder demos and enablement sessions. Collaborate in agile teams (Scrum/Kanban), manage concurrent tasks, and proactively identify continuous improvement opportunities.Your profile: University degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a comparable education. 4–5 years of hands-on Salesforce experience combining Admin and Developer responsibilities; 2+ years working across multiple clouds (Sales, Service; Marketing exposure a plus). Good understanding of Salesforce architecture (data, integration, security, governor limits) and the wider Salesforce ecosystem (AppExchange, DevOps Center). Experience delivering across multiple projects, from requirements & workshops to build, test, and release in an agile setup. Experience integrating Salesforce with SAP ERP (S/4HANA or ECC) and familiarity with SAP CPI concepts (iFlows, IDocs/BAPIs, error handling, monitoring); experience with SAP C4/SAP CRM7 is a plus. Experience in CRM systems, strong problem-solving and hands-on mentality, ability to work independently, excellent communication skills, and strong analytical mindset. Agile project methodology experience (Scrum/Kanban) and experience working in a regulated environment (Financial/Insurance, Public Services) is a plus.
