Role Overview:We are seeking experienced Retired Bank Manager (Scale III–IV) or Law Officerto join our Insolvency Professional office in Barakhamba Road, Connaught Place, New Delhi. The selected candidate will play a key role in recovery management, insolvency proceedings, and regulatory compliance while supporting day-to-day organizational and client coordination activities.Key Responsibilities: • Managing recovery matters and supporting Insolvency Professional assignments • Handling stakeholder / customer communications and queries • Building and maintaining professional and business relationships • Assisting in insolvency resolution and liquidation processes • Ensuring adherence to applicable laws, regulations, and procedural compliance • Providing administrative and documentation support related to IBC mattersPreferred Background: Officers who have worked in Asset Recovery Branches, SAM Branches, Recovery Departments, or Legal Departments of Bankswill be given preference.Required Skills & Qualifications: • Sound knowledge of banking, finance, and loan processes • Familiarity with banking regulations and compliance frameworks • Proficiency in MS Word and MS Excel • Strong communication and customer-handling skills • Business relationship management capability • High attention to detail and analytical/problem-solving skills • Exposure to Insolvency & Bankruptcy Code (IBC) processeswill be an added advantage • Ability to work collaboratively in a professional office environment • Retired bank officials with relevant experience are encouraged to applyWorking Hours: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM • 2nd & 4th Saturdays:Closed •1st & 3rd Saturdays:Hybrid ModeEmoluments ₹20k–25k fixed + performance incentives + annual revision + assignment bonusContact : May submit resume throughWhatsapp : 9868067652
