Job Description

Learning & Organizational Development (70%) Develop and implement L&D policies, frameworks, and processes to standardize training practices across the organization. Align all learning interventions with business objectives, capability-building requirements, and long-term talent development plans. Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) at organizational, departmental, and individual levels to identify skill and competency gaps. Facilitate in-house training programs and collaborate with external learning partners for specialized interventions. Design, deliver, and evaluate training programs utilizing classroom, e-learning, and blended formats. Publish and manage the annual training calendar, coordinating training schedules across functions. Manage training vendor contracts, training budgets, and resource utilization, ensuring cost efficiency. Maintain accurate training records including learning hours, attendance, completion rates, and certifications and prepare periodic reports. Measure training effectiveness through participant feedback, assessments, performance outcomes, and analytics. Continuously update learning content, methodologies, and platforms in line with industry best practices. Promote a culture of continuous learning, upskilling, and reskilling to strengthen organizational capability. Support Organizational Development initiatives such as leadership development, competency framework implementation, cultural transformation, employee engagement, and 360° feedback processes.Talent Management (30%) Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, including job postings, sourcing, screening, assessments, interview coordination, and final selection, in collaboration with business leaders. Build and maintain a sustainable talent pipeline through proactive engagement with external talent networks, internal talent pools, and professional communities. Drive employer branding and Employee Value Proposition (EVP) initiatives to position the organization as an employer of choice. Support succession planning processes by identifying critical roles, assessing talent readiness, and facilitating Individual Development Plans (IDPs). Integrate career development and performance management outcomes with broader talent strategies.Preferred Female Candidates
