Company Description Hem Vij Plastubes, is a sales channel partner for Wagyate Technologies, a Baker Hughes business (Formerly GE Inspection) for NDT products in Western India. This job is based in Vadodara, Gujarat. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Service Engineer based in Vadodara. The Service Engineer will be responsible for performing troubleshooting to resolve technical issues, providing field service support, and delivering technical assistance to customers. The role involves conducting routine maintenance, repair and commissioning of Industrial X-ray Generators, CR( computed radiography) , and DR ( Direct radiography) , while ensuring that all services meet quality standards and customer satisfaction. Clear and effective communication with customers and team members will be an essential part of day-to-day activities. This is a full-time on-site role for a Service Engineer located in Vadodara. Preferred experience in Industrial NDT Radiography or medical Radiography or servicing medical equipment like CT Scanner is plus, but not mandatory. RT Level I and II is a big plus.Qualifications Proficiency in Troubleshooting and solving technical issues Experience in Field Service operations and customer interactions Strong Communication skills for team coordination and customer service Technical Support expertise Knowledge and experience in Maintenance & Repair of machinery Ability to understand technical documentation and apply practical solutions A proactive approach to problem-solving and strong organizational skills Diploma or degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or related field is preferred
