The OTA Specialist will be responsible for managing online travel agency (OTA) listings, implementing strategies to optimize bookings, and ensuring smooth communication with property owners and customers. The role involves providing exceptional customer service, conducting training sessions for property owners, and collaborating with the sales team to enhance revenue generation. The candidate will also monitor market trends and analyze performance metrics to improve offerings.Qualifications Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively interact with clients and resolve inquiries. Sales experience to drive revenue growth and achieve booking targets. Familiarity with Home Improvement to assist property owners in enhancing property appeal and functionality for rentals. Training skills to provide educational sessions and onboarding support for property owners. Proficiency in using online travel agency platforms and understanding of OTA ecosystem is a plus. Detail-oriented approach, problem-solving attitude, and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality Management, or a related field preferred.
