This role will be instrumental in shaping best practices, optimizing performance, and delivering value-based outcomes in complex healthcare environments.Lead the development and execution of supply chain strategies acrosshealthcare networks or client organizations. Serve as asubject matter expert in healthcare logistics, procurement, and inventory management. Collaborate with medical, clinical, and administrative leaders to align supply chain practices with patient care and regulatory standards. Design and implement scalable supply chain models that improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance service delivery. Advanced degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field. Clinical or medical background (e.g., nursing, pharmacy, biomedical sciences) is preferred. 10+ years of experience in healthcare supply chain leadership or consulting. Proven track record of leading large-scale supply chain transformations. Deep understanding of healthcare compliance, accreditation, and logistics standards. Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and communication skills. Experience with ERP systems, supply chain analytics, and digital tools.Role will be discussed during interviews.
