Understand client goals and translate them into clear, actionable plans. Review campaign performance, share insights, and suggest improvements. Lead and mentor account heads to ensure smooth delivery and a great client experience. Ensure all creatives, content, and campaigns meet quality and brand standards. Oversee execution across SEO, PPC, social media, and other digital channels. Track performance, manage timelines, and keep projects within budget. Identify opportunities to grow existing accounts through upsells or expansions. Prepare and present performance reports that actually make sense to clients.What we want Strong experience in digital marketing and key account management. Someone who’s confident handling clients and leading teams. Clear communicator with good presentation and negotiation skills. Comfortable with digital tools, platforms, and analytics. Data-driven mindset with attention to detail.
