Job SummaryWe are seeking a talented and experienced Mid/Senior AI Engineer to join our growing team. In this role, you will be instrumental in designing, developing, and deploying the core AI and machine learning models that power our innovative marketing platform. You will work on a wide range of exciting challenges, from building and optimizing large language model (LLM) applications to developing sophisticated data pipelines and contributing to our agentic AI frameworks. This is a unique opportunity to make a significant impact on a product that is changing the future of marketing.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and deploy machine learning models and AI-powered features for our marketing platform. Build and maintain robust and scalable data pipelines for training and inference. Develop and fine-tune LLM and generative AI applications to enhance our chat-first user experience. Contribute to the development of our agentic AI frameworks for marketing automation. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and other engineers, to deliver high-quality AI solutions. Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI and machine learning and identify opportunities to apply them to our product. Conduct research and experimentation to drive innovation and improve model performance.Required QualificationsBachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience. 3+ years of professional experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of building and deploying machine learning models in production. Strong programming skills in Python and experience with common machine learning libraries and frameworks (e.g., PyTorch, TensorFlow, scikit-learn). Experience with natural language processing (NLP) and building applications with large language models (LLMs). Solid understanding of machine learning principles, algorithms, and best practices. Experience with data engineering, including building and maintaining data pipelines. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.Preferred QualificationsExperience with agentic AI frameworks and multi-agent systems. Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure) and MLOps tools. Familiarity with marketing technologies and concepts (e.g., SEO, SEM, social media marketing).
