JOB TITLE:JOB TYPE:LOCATION:ColomboSUPERVISOR/MANAGER & DEPARTMENT:MAIN DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES: Design process and credit programs for existing to bank, new to bank segments Design pre-approved/pre-qualified process and programs for lending credit cards to debit cards/savings account customers Analyze loss provisioning data to carve out segments of credit cards portfolio profitabilitySKILLS & EXPERIENCEQualifications:Masters in Statistics, Economics from a reputed organization Experience:8+ Years to 10 Years Must have Skills:Must have working knowledge of credit cards Good to have knowledge of building application score, behavior score, PD, LGD, loss forecasting models Communication skills to explain credit policies to the Bank Understanding of underwriting process for various customer segments (existing to bank, new to bank, salaried/delf-employed) Understanding of credit line assignments for credit cards Exposure to bureau data (e.g., attributes, reason codes), alternative data, and identity/behavioral signals. Understanding of credit risk capabilities in digital journeys Good understanding of loss provisioning and profitability drivers of Credit Cards portfolio
