Role OverviewWe’re looking for aGraphic Designerwho can work confidently acrossstatic design, basic video editing, and motion graphics. This role is for someone who understands that modern brand communication is visual-first - across Instagram, marketplaces, CRM, paid ads, and retail. You don’t need to be a full-time video editor, but youmust be comfortable working with video formats and motion.Key Responsibilities1. Brand & Visual DesignDesign visually compelling creatives aligned with SkinBae’s brand identity and luxury positioning Ensure consistency in colour, typography, layout, and overall visual language across platforms Interpret and apply brand guidelines thoughtfully across all formats2. Digital & Social Media Design (Static + Video)Design creatives for: Instagram posts, carousels, and stories Reels covers and visual elements YouTube thumbnails (where required) VM Edit short-form videos for: Instagram Reels YouTube Shorts Other social formats as required Create basic motion graphics such as: Text animations Transitions Overlays Callouts to enhance video content and storytelling3. Campaign & Performance CreativesDesign static and video creatives for: Campaign launches Sale promotions Paid ads and banners Adapt creatives based on: Platform requirements Feedback from marketing and social teams Performance insights4. Marketplace & Website CreativesDesign creatives for: Marketplace banners and campaign visuals (Nykaa, Tira, Amazon, etc.) Website banners and promotional sections Product highlight visuals Ensure creatives meet platform specifications without compromising brand consistency5. CRM & Marketing CollateralDesign creatives for: Email marketing WhatsApp communication Internal presentations and decks (as required) Ensure clarity, readability, and visual hierarchy in all CRM creatives6. Retail & Offline DesignSupport design requirements for: In-store branding Retail activations Events and offline marketing initiatives Ensure brand consistency across offline touchpoints7. Collaboration & ExecutionWork closely with: Social media strategists Content writers and copywriters Marketing teams Implement feedback efficiently and without friction Ensure timely delivery of all assigned workWhat We’re Looking For2–5 years of graphic design experience Strong portfolio showcasing: Static design Social media creatives Short-form video or motion work Working knowledge of: Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) Video / motion tools such as After Effects, Premiere Pro, or equivalent Good understanding of layout, typography, colour, and motion basics Ability to balance speed with quality and attention to detailThis Role Is Not for You IfYou only want to work on static designs You’re uncomfortable working with video formats You resist feedback or iterations
