Review and approve design consultant drawings and submittals. Track pre-construction timelines, design submissions, and building plan approvals to avoid delays. Coordinate and prepare architectural and interior drawings using AutoCAD, Photoshop, SketchUp, and Revit. Develop technical and coordinated GFC drawings for site execution. Create SketchUp models for internal discussions and management reviews. Prepare presentations using Photoshop. Stay updated with industry trends, innovations, and best practices.
