Please note that experience within theReal Estate industry is mandatoryfor this role.Key Roles & Responsibilities (including but not limited to): Own and manage end-to-end marketing and branding activities Plan, strategise, and execute quarterly marketing plans and budgets aligned with business objectives Manage offline marketing initiatives, including handover events, bhoomi poojan, B2B conclaves, exhibitions, networking forums, and on-ground activations Manage Site branding and outdoor activations. Visit Sites across India for Audits, Coordination and Implementation. Develop vendors across India to facilitate work at multiple locations. Oversee creative and collateral development in coordination with agencies, including design, printing and deployment Coordinating with digital team for smooth functioning of social media, digital campaigns & websites Media buying & planning for print & outdoor Developing creative assets / sales tools like walkthrough videos, project model, renders, virtual tours, photoshoots and films.
