Success Looks Like Fewer unplanned revenue surprises Tighter discount control without hurting conversion Clear visibility intowhyconversion / AOV moves Marketing spends increasingly ROI-driven, not anecdotalKnowledge, Skills & Experience Fluent inEnglish , with the ability to clearly articulate insights to senior business stakeholders CA / MBA / CWA/CFA/ B.Tech from T-1 colleges / CA - Intern with6–9 years of experiencein Business Finance, FP&A, Commercial Finance, or Growth Analytics Strong understanding ofcustomer funnels, conversion metrics, pricing, discounting, and affordability constructs (including EMI-led selling) Sound knowledge offinancial planning, forecasting, management accounting, and performance tracking , with the ability to translate data into actionable insights Hands-on experience working withmarketing teams , including ROI analysis, CAC tracking, and vendor performance evaluation High analytical capability with advanced Excel / spreadsheet skills; ability to work with large, imperfect datasets in low-automation environments Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills to influence sales, marketing, and business leadership Self-driven, structured thinker with the ability to operate independently and manage multiple priorities under tight timelines Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with frequent changes in assumptions and business priorities
