You must be comfortable with technical setups, custom audiences, and scaling budgets. Analysis & Testing:Track the full journey from click to conversion. You will analyze data to find bottlenecks and run constant A/B tests on ad copy, landing pages, and bidding strategies to lower costs and improve quality. Creative Strategy:You know what works. You’ll analyze ad performance to identify winning hooks and angles, then come up with fresh ideas for the next set of creative experiments.Requirements 4+ Yearsin performance marketing with a proven track record of hitting targets. Platform Expert:Advanced knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube). Analytically Strong:High proficiency in Excel.
