All facilities in the group have a combined capacity of 28 million metres of knitted fabric and 45 million metres of woven fabric per year; an opportunity for us to keep learning, improving and growing.Your Mission: To drive fabric sales growth within the assigned territory by achieving and exceeding sales targets, expanding the customer base, and ensuring high levels of client satisfaction through timely delivery and consistent product quality.Responsibilities: Manage and develop sales within the assigned territory to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual targets. Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and market research. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers. Present product portfolios, pricing structures, and value propositions to clients effectively. Negotiate pricing and commercial terms within approved guidelines to close sales successfully. Prepare regular sales forecasts, reports, and updates for management review. Coordinate with production, logistics, and quality teams to ensure timely delivery and order fulfillment. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify growth opportunities. Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly to ensure satisfaction and retention. Follow up on payments and ensure timely collection in line with company policies. Participate in trade fairs, exhibitions, and client meetings to promote company products.Profile: Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Commerce, Textile Technology, or related field. Proven experience as a Sales Executive or in a similar sales role. Strong knowledge of sales processes and customer relationship management. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Target-driven with a proactive and results-oriented mindset. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
