The Finance Associate will be responsible for preparing and analyzing financial statements, supporting financial reporting, and maintaining up-to-date records. This role involves ensuring accuracy and compliance with financial regulations, assisting in budgeting and forecasting, and managing financial documentation. The Finance Associate will also support cross-functional teams by providing data-driven insights to support decision-making.Qualifications Strong knowledge of Financial Statements and proficiency in Financial Reporting Ability to apply Analytical Skills to financial data and processes Proficient understanding of Finance principles and practices Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal Proficiency in accounting software and tools is a plus Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field Professional certifications such as CFA or CPA would be advantageous
