Engineering in computer Science/ IT, Electronics, and related disciplines · 3-8 years of relevant experience in the Intellectual Property domain. · Maintains a working knowledge of: • Patent drafting & Prosecution/ IP Analytics in the domain of software patents • Knowledge of US, Indian and EPO patent laws • FOSS compliance knowledge will be added advantage • Any relevant course/ certification in IP will be preferred but is not a limitation • Analytical/problem solving skills with capability to identify solutions to complex problems.
