HCP Technologies Private Limited is seeking askilled and motivated Field Service Engineerto join our growing team dedicated to supporting the semiconductor and advanced electronics industry across India.Position: Field Service EngineerLocation: Pan India (Preferred candidates from Bangalore, Chennai, Mumbai, Ahmedabad, New Delhi)Key Qualifications:Minimum of5–7 years of hands-on experiencein installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting ofSemiconductor Capital Equipment , such as IC Decapsulation, Automatic Optical Inspection Tool, Scanning Acoustic Microscopy, probe stations, testers, wire bonders, wafer dicing, or deposition systems etc., ​Strong understanding ofsemiconductor device Fabrication, packaging and testing processes . Proven ability totroubleshoot complex electro-mechanical and control system issues . Excellent communication and customer-facing skills; ability to build trust and deliver high-quality service. Willingness to travel frequently across India for customer site support.Key Responsibilities:Provideon-site installation, repair, and preventive maintenanceof high-precision semiconductor and electronics equipment. Collaborate with customers to understand their technical requirements and provide effective solutions. Coordinate with the engineering and product teams to improve service efficiency and customer satisfaction. Maintain accurateservice reports, calibration records, and documentation .
