Location : Guwahati, Assam & KolkataJob Summary:We are looking for a Sales Executive to drive sales of our interior design services at Fabindia stores. The role involves handling walk-in clients at the store, generating leads from outside, and closing leads while ensuring excellent customer service.Key Responsibilities:1.Sales & Lead Generation • Attend and assist walk-in clients at the store, understanding their needs and offering suitable solutions. • Actively generate leads from outside by networking, cold calling, visiting potential clients, and attending events.For example: Identify and approach homeowners, corporate offices, builders, and real estate agents for business opportunities. • Conduct client meetings, site visits, and present detailed BOQ • Achieve over 95 % target and exceed monthly sales targets through effective closing strategies with 100% YTD targets . 2. Business Development • Develop and maintain relationships with architects, builders, real estate agents, and contractors for long-term business growth. • Align with the HO backend team , to execute sales campaigns and promotional activities. • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling related services 3. Coordination & Execution • Work closely with Head office backend team, store team & across department teams to ensure project timelines and client expectations are met. • Should have pricing acumen to negotiate deals, and finalize project • Maintain records of client interactions and sales progress using CRM tools.Requirements:• Education:Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Interior Design, or related field. • Experience: 2-5 years in interior design firm, furniture, real estate, or retail sales.Skills: • Ability to work in a target-driven environment. • Strong sales, client handling, negotiation, and communication skills. • Ability to generate leads both from walk-ins and external sources. • Basic understanding of interior design concepts, materials, and furniture. • Ability to work in a target-driven environment. • Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office. • Personal Traits: • Self-motivated and proactive in generating new business. • Strong client relationship management skills.Interested candidates please email resume at priyanka.dutta@
