Job Description

Job Summary We are looking for an energetic and result-driven Field Sales Executive to drive business growth for our aluminium doors and windows division in Bangalore. The role involves on-ground sales activities, meeting architects/builders, site visits, lead generation, and closing orders. Key Responsibilities Generate new leads through site visits, cold calling, and market mapping Meet architects, builders, contractors, and interior designers to promote products Conduct product presentations and explain technical features of aluminium doors & windows Visit project sites for requirement gathering and preliminary measurements (if required) Prepare and follow up on quotations in coordination with the inside sales/estimation team Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients Track competition activities and market trends in Bangalore Coordinate with design, production, and installation teams for smooth project execution Ensure timely collection of payments and documentation support Required Skills & Qualifications 2–3 years of field sales experience in aluminium doors & windows / façade / building materials Strong communication skills in English & Kannada (Tamil/Telugu is a plus) Good knowledge of the Bangalore construction market and project-based sales Comfortable with field work, site visits, and travel within Bangalore Basic understanding of drawings, BOQs, and measurements is an advantage Self-motivated, target-oriented, and good negotiation skills Preferred Candidate Profile Experience selling to architects, builders, contractors, and developers Own two-wheeler preferred (petrol allowance/company reimbursement as per policy) Ability to work independently and close deals end-to-end
