Role OverviewThis is a high-trust, multi-dimensional role designed to support the personal, family, and select professional responsibilities of the Director. The Personal Operations & Lifestyle Manager will act as a central anchor ensuring smooth day-to-day functioning of the household, child-related coordination, and assistance with brand and social media work. The role requires maturity, discretion, strong organizational skills, and the ability to seamlessly move between home and professional environments. This isnota domestic help or junior assistant role. It is a responsibility-led position with autonomy, judgment, and accountability.Key Responsibilities 1. Household & Personal Operations Oversee and coordinate daily household functioning Manage schedules, appointments, and personal calendars Coordinate with household staff, drivers, vendors, and service providers Ensure smooth execution of home-related logistics, events, and requirements Act as a trusted point of coordination. 2. Child Coordination & Support Assist with child-related scheduling (classes, activities, appointments) Accompany or assist with drop-offs/pick-ups when required Coordinate with schools, tutors and activity centres Ensure routines and schedules are followed consistently (Note: This is not a nanny or caregiver role.)3. Executive & Personal Support Assisting the Director with day-to-day personal tasks and follow-ups Help manage time, priorities, reminders, and documentation Coordinate between home, office, and external stakeholders as needed Travel coordination and on-ground support when required 4. Social Media & Brand Support Assist with social media coordination Support content planning, posting schedules, and basic execution Coordinate with photographers, agencies, freelancers, or internal teams Track content calendars, deliverables, and timelines Assist during shoots, events, or brand-related activities when required 5. Cross-Location Coordination Act as a bridge between the Director’s home and office Handle errands, document movement, and task coordination across locations Ensure continuity and clarity across personal and professional spacesDesired Profile (Mandatory) Female candidate, preferably in her early 30s Prior experience in personal assistance, executive support, lifestyle management, or similar roles Highly organized, proactive, and solution-oriented Comfortable working in both home and corporate environments Strong communication skills (spoken and written) High level of discretion, integrity, and emotional maturity Proficient inMicrosoft Excel and PowerPointfor tracking, reporting, and presentations Ability tocreate and manage PDFs(basic formatting, compilation, sharing) Working knowledge ofCanvafor basic creatives, presentations, and social media supportPreferred Experience working with founders or CXOs Familiarity with social media platforms (especially Instagram) Ability to multitask and manage dynamic schedules Calm under pressure and adaptable to changing prioritiesWorking Style & Expectations Hands-on, proactive approach Flexibility in working hours when required (with mutual respect for boundaries) Ability to anticipate needs rather than wait for instructions High trust and confidentiality are non-negotiableWhy This Role?
