Assistant Manager – Procurement – Fintech Domain Role Overview We are seeking an experienced procurement professional with a proven track record of driving strategic sourcing, vendor management, and cost optimization initiatives. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership, deep domain expertise, and the ability to manage complex procurement requirements across geographies, with a particular focus on the fintech sector.Key Responsibilities Lead negotiations and manage contracts in alignment with business requirements. Apply deep expertise inRFI, RFQ, and Strategic Sourcingto identify and onboard the right vendors. Drivecost reduction initiativesby analyzing opportunities across categories and implementing savings strategies. Simplify complex procurement requirements by collaborating with business teams and sourcing vendors from the open market. Guide and mentor team members to ensure compliance with processes, timely documentation, and resolution of bottlenecks. Champion theadoption of new tools and technologiesto enhance and fine-tune procurement processes. Coordinate and manage procurement requirements from multiple teams across diverse geographies. Ensureeffective, clear, and timely communicationwith vendors and internal stakeholders. Bring valuable exposure tofintech procurement , leveraging industry-specific knowledge to strengthen vendor partnerships.Qualifications Minimum8+ years of experiencein the procurement domain, with a strong background in strategic sourcing and vendor management.
